(you will not be allowed to join the class after it begins).

Do I need to be physically fit?

NOPE. Come as you are, you will not be left behind, and you will not be asked to complete more than you are capable of doing safely. People of all ages, abilities, and orientations are welcome to participate in this series. Each session will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by the other participants in the group. I teach to all skill levels, so whether you’re a novice or a pro, all of the sessions will challenge you to your own personal fitness level in an intimate setting.

Why Small Group Classes?

They are big enough to be fun and small enough to get the personal attention to make sessions high quality.

I am very comfortable teaching a class with over 20+ people in it. I always made sure that I would interact with my clients a minimum of 3 times each class. Which means I was working very hard to ensure that my clients knew that I had their backs. With class size limited to 8, you will still get the group fitness environment you are used to without getting lost in the crowd.

Where are classes located?
All sessions are held online via Zoom. Upon registration and payment of classes, you will receive an email with the class link.

What do I need for class?

You can get a great workout with just your own body weight, however, we do use some props to help challenge and engage the muscles. The props that we use are as follows:

  • Mat

  • Light Weights no more than 2lbs. You can also use identical cans of food.

  • Full-Size Foam Roller

  • Pilates Magic Circle

  • 9-inch Pilates Ball. You can also use a throw pillow

  • 8ft. Flat Resistance Band (red, green or blue)

What can I achieve from this series and why should I participate?

In addition to your body becoming stronger, you will gain more confidence making an improvement in your physical well-being.

  1. More Personal Attention – Teresa will see, correct, and connect with you. When you don't think she's looking, she is.

  2. More Economical – Private Sessions provide the most personal attention and greatest opportunity to succeed. Some people, however, may find that small group training fits into their budget better and still gives them the attention they need.

  3. Variety – By working with Teresa, your workouts will change/evolve as you progress/get stronger, preventing hitting a plateau and boredom.

  4. Community – Let’s face it, workouts love company. Sharing a look of "What did we get ourselves into?" or a laugh of how awesome you are killing the workout enhances the experience for everyone! Expletives a.k.a. cursing loudly are not discouraged! The Strong Squad Rocks!

  5. Motivation – Knowing that you are sharing space, even virtually you can encourage you more than you might do on your own.

  6. Support – Both Teresa and the Strong Squad are there to help you get through the challenges of the workout and the obstacles in life. We got your back!!!!

  7. Greater focus – There’s no time to let your mind wander with Teresa keeping tight programming and watching your every move. Nothing gets past her!

  8. Fun – It's what Teresa is known for! The one thing that is consistent in her sessions is laughter. We get an ab workout just by laughing sometimes!

  9. Adherence – Research shows that members that are involved in programs are more likely stick with them. With all of the previously listed benefits, how could you not want to keep coming back?
