  1. More Personal Attention – Teresa will see, correct, and connect with you. When you don't think she's looking, she is.

  2. More Economical – Private Sessions provide the most personal attention and greatest opportunity to succeed. Some people, however, may find that group classes fits into their budget better and still gives them the attention they need.

  3. Variety – By working with Teresa, your workouts will change/evolve as you progress/get stronger, preventing hitting a plateau and boredom.

  4. Community – Let’s face it, workouts love company and the Strong Squad is not afraid to let me know how they feel in the most loving way. If in agreement of "What did we get ourselves into?" or a laugh of how silly Teresa's love of puns is enhances the experience for everyone! Expletives a.k.a. cursing loudly are not discouraged! The Strong Squad Rocks!

  5. Motivation – Knowing that you are sharing space, even virtually you can encourage you more than you might do on your own.

  6. Support – Both Teresa and the Strong Squad are there to help you get through the challenges of the workout and the obstacles in life. We got your back!!!!

  7. Greater focus – There’s no time to let your mind wander with Teresa keeping tight programming and watching your every move. Nothing gets past her!

  8. Fun – It's what Teresa is known for! The one thing that is consistent in her sessions is laughter. We get an ab workout just by laughing sometimes!

  9. Adherence – Research shows that members that are involved in programs are more likely stick with them. With all of the previously listed benefits, how could you not want to keep coming back?
