As a Butch lesbian, you know what stress, anxiety, armor and trauma feels like in your body as a masculine presenting woman. PB+J in collaboration with Koja Adeyoha want to share with you what it feels like to be stronger, present and confident. 

 

Throughout the four weeks you will discover:

  • The 9 Principles of Pilates that are essential to ease in movement

  • How to create an evenly conditioned body that will in executing daily activities

  • The 6 fundamental Pilates exercises to kick start your practice

 

This in turn will allow you to:

  • Develop often neglected muscles

  • Become more flexible and strong

  • Build core strength and stability

  • Be more present and confident in your body aka Swag Hard!

  • Have better sex​ (Heeeeey!)


After you register, you will get a email with the link to the series.

You'll need water, a yoga mat or beach towel and please wear comfy clothes you can move in.

You do not have to be “on camera” to join this series.

No Pilates experience necessary.

This series will be lead by Teresa R. Ellis (she/her), a Black Queer Femme and the owner of Pilates Barre + Jams based in Oakland, CA.  Teresa fell in love with Pilates when she sustained injuries while riding her bike to Los Angeles from San Francisco and is committed to sharing Pilates with her QTBIPOC communities.
